About this tool
Slides become a shareable PDF
Upload a .pptx or .ppt presentation and our servers convert each slide into a PDF — email it to clients without PowerPoint, hand out printed copies, or publish a talk without exposing the editable source file. Files are deleted automatically within one hour.
What the PDF preserves
Each slide becomes one PDF page: layouts, images, and text render as designed. Animations and transitions are the things a PDF cannot carry — they exist only in the live presentation, so treat the PDF as the static handout.
The conversion runs on our servers
A full office engine renders each slide, and both the upload and the output are deleted automatically within one hour — or delete them yourself with one click immediately after the download.
Frequently asked questions
Do animations and transitions survive?
No — a PDF captures static slides. The animation lives in the original presentation; the PDF is the printable, shareable record of it.
Can I convert a password-protected presentation?
No — remove the presentation's own protection first, then convert the readable copy.
What file types are accepted?
Both modern .pptx and legacy .ppt presentations, up to 95 MB per file.
