The short version

• AnkhKit is a free collection of everyday tools, offered as-is and used at your own discretion.
• Anything you process stays yours. We claim no ownership of your files, text, or results.
• Don't use the tools for anything illegal, and don't try to break, overload, or automate abuse of the service.
• AI tools generate text from models — treat every output as a draft that you verify before relying on it. Generated documents are never legal advice.
• We make no promise of perfect availability or perfect results. If something breaks, tell us and we'll fix it.
• To the maximum extent the law allows, our liability to you is limited to what you paid us — which is nothing.

Who we are

AnkhKit is built and operated by Kemo Solutions LLC, a Florida company. These Terms are an agreement between you and Kemo Solutions LLC covering the use of ankhkit.com and its related services. How we handle personal data is described separately in the Privacy Policy.

Using the tools

The tools are free, require no account except for AI features, and run either in your browser or on our servers. You may use them for any lawful personal or business purpose, as often as our fair-use rate limits allow.

You agree not to:

• process content you have no right to use, or that is illegal where you live or where we operate;
• attempt to disrupt, overload, or reverse-engineer the service, bypass rate limits, or resell access to it;
• use automated tooling against the site in ways that degrade it for other visitors.

We may rate-limit or block traffic that breaks these rules. Most users will never notice any of this — the limits exist for the few who test them.

Your files and content

You keep every right to the files, text, and data you submit — we claim no ownership and no license over them. Browser-only tools never receive your files at all; server-processed files and AI results are deleted from our servers within one hour (or immediately with the delete button), and we do not use them for anything else. What you produce with the tools is yours — including what the AI tools generate for you.

AI tools

AI-powered tools require a free account and generate text from external models. The output is machine-generated: it can be wrong, outdated, or incomplete, and it is your responsibility to verify anything before you rely on it. Documents produced by the legal-generator tools are reference templates, not legal advice — they do not create an attorney relationship and should be reviewed by a qualified professional before use. Each account receives a daily allowance; the allowance mechanics are described in the Privacy Policy.

Availability and changes

The service is offered as-is and as-available. We work to keep every tool accurate and online, but we do not promise uninterrupted availability, error-free results, or that any tool will remain unchanged forever — tools get improved, converted to new engines, or retired (retired routes redirect where sensible). Features may change at any time; material changes to these Terms will be noted on this page and, where practical, on the homepage.

Disclaimers

The service is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law — including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that results will meet your requirements or be uninterrupted, timely, or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kemo Solutions LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including lost data, lost profits, or business interruption — arising from your use of the service. Because the service is free, our total aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, which is typically zero.

Intellectual property

The AnkhKit name, logo, site design, and original written content belong to Kemo Solutions LLC. The underlying open-source components are the property of their authors and are credited on the Licenses page. Format names and third-party trademarks mentioned on the site belong to their respective owners; no affiliation or endorsement is implied.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If any provision turns out unenforceable, the rest stay in force.
