Filter a List of Numbers Online — Free
Runs 100% in your browser — your files never leave your device.
A column of values with the outliers still attached, or a dataset you need trimmed to a sensible range — paste the numbers, set the bounds, and get back only what falls inside. Accepts spaces, commas, or new lines as separators, and runs entirely in your browser.
How it works
- 1
Paste your numbers
Spaces, commas, semicolons, or new lines all work.
- 2
Set the bounds
A minimum, a maximum, or both — leave either blank to skip it.
- 3
Copy the result
The filtered list appears live; one click copies it.
About this tool
How number filtering works
Paste a list of numbers, set a condition — greater than, less than, equal to, within a range — and the tool keeps exactly the numbers that satisfy it. Every other number disappears; order and duplicates stay as they were unless you change them downstream.
The data-cleaning use case
Pull outliers out of measurement data, keep positive values from a mixed import, isolate scores above a threshold, remove zeros before averaging. Filtering is the first step of most number-list chores — often followed by the average or min-max tools.
Conditions combine by chaining
Need between 10 and 50? Filter greater-than 10, then filter less-than 50 on the result — two simple passes replace one compound rule, and each intermediate result is visible and checkable.
Frequently asked questions
Does filtering keep the original order?
Yes — survivors stay in their original sequence. Sort afterward if you need a different order.
How are non-numbers in the list treated?
Lines that are not valid numbers are skipped from consideration — filter the numeric data you pasted, and strip the noise separately if it matters.
Can I filter with decimals?
Yes — conditions accept decimal thresholds and compare against decimal values precisely.
