About this tool

What the generator emits

The tool builds the complete set of social and search meta tags from your title, description, URL, and image: Open Graph tags for Facebook, LinkedIn, and Slack, Twitter card tags, and the core SEO tags. The output is a paste-ready <head> block.

The tags that actually render

og:title and og:image decide how a link preview looks in almost every chat and feed; twitter:card chooses the summary size; the description tag feeds search snippets. Get og:image right — absolute URL, at least 1200×630 — and previews stop looking broken.

Verify after you paste

Platforms cache previews aggressively. After deploying, run the URL through each platform's sharing debugger to bust the cache and confirm the tags render. The URL parser also helps confirm the og:image URL is absolute and correctly formed.

Frequently asked questions

Do Twitter tags still matter now that it is X?

Yes — the twitter:* names remain the standard card tags and X still reads them. Most generators, this one included, emit the classic names.

Why is my og:image not showing?

The usual culprits: a relative URL instead of absolute, an image under 200×200, the wrong content type, or platform cache. Debuggers re-scrape and tell you which.

Are meta keywords still worth generating?

No search engine reads them anymore. The generator focuses on the tags that do something: title, description, Open Graph, and Twitter cards.
